How to read this

Each dot is one story. Blue dots are deploys, green dots are releases. Multiple dots stacked vertically mean multiple stories on the same day.

• Dots clustering higher? The team is delivering more per day. Flow is healthy.
• Dots mostly at 1? Steady single-story delivery. Consider whether batch size is a choice or a constraint.
• Long gaps between dots? Work may be stuck upstream.
• Blue dots without green? Code is deployed but not released. Check if a release decision is stalling.
• Sudden spike? A batch. Check if stories were held back or if the team genuinely completed many at once.
