How to read this
Each dot is one story deployed on that day. Multiple dots stacked vertically mean multiple stories on the same day.
- Dots clustering higher? The team is delivering more per day. Flow is healthy.
- Dots mostly at 1? Steady single-story delivery. Consider whether batch size is a choice or a constraint.
- Long gaps between dots? Work may be stuck upstream.
- Sudden spike? A batch. Check if stories were held back or if the team genuinely completed many at once.
